“i feel we had a difficult closing due too the seller not disclosing all the proper information needed. It took some time to get the final closing but Edna was on top of things daily. I don't know if i would have received the amount of care and concern that Edna gave to us from anyone one else. it was a very emotional ride for us during the process but Edna Pauly was always there to comfort us and keep us up to date on all my needs of every detail. i do have to say that i believe customer service is everything and Edna showed that to us. “Well, what can I say about Edna...she sold my flood house last year in 23 days and I enjoyed every step of that process with her. I can sometimes be high strung and Edna was amazing at talking me down sometimes. Her calm demeanor was a perfect balance for my crazy "What if this happens?" mentality. The fact that I made a friend along the way is just icing on the cake. Give her a raise. She was accessible always...my wife would yell at me when I would text Edna on a Sunday night and say, "Leave poor Edna alone." But Edna never seemed to mind, or at least I never felt like that.
